Initially mr Blly Wong is a very nice and polite gentleman but it is nothing more then a wolf in sheep’s clothes. Our company got stuck with local tax authorities and advised Mr Billy Wong that this could take some time and we even offered the possibility of by passing the problem by exporting thru a different company. We believe that this would be very useful for our client Mt Billy Wong.
Nevertheless, Mr Billy Wong from Super Construction Co Ltd, Mauritius published some fraud and scam allegations on scambook.com suggesting that we , the supplier , are a bunch of crooks and making our living thru scams and frauds. Mr Billy Wong indicated that his damage is over USD 32,000 (thirty THOUSAND) but in fact his advanced payment is nothing more then a fraction which is USD 3,200. Mr Billy Wong then uses his false allegations for extortions, the fact that Mr Billy Wong from Super Construction Co Ltd, Mauritius has agreed to terms and conditions of sale don’t matter, we , the supplier , are doing the outmost to comply and yes we are too late but NO we are not scammers! Mr Billy Wong don’t care less and make some false promises as to which we agree to have the merchandize inspected by SGS and if we agree to that, then mr Billy Wong promises to remove his allegations. We invite SGS instantly and then Billy Wong changes his mind, now he wants SGS to have the merchandize inspected inside the container. And if we do not comply, his allegations of scam and fraud remain.

- No, we are not able to ship it right NOW due to our problem with the tax authorities.
You asked for some proof of existence of the merchandize your ordered and instantly we invite SGS for inspection. You pormissed then to remove your false allegations from Scambook.com but after a long silence you change once again your mind and now you want the goods inside the container, and only then you remove the allegations.
Good bye mr Billy Wong, your order and your EXPIRED letter of credit takes part in a legal process in which we refer to our terms and conditions of sale, and once again; the merchandize is ALL there but we can still NOT ship. We have kindly asked you many many times to remove your false allegations because ALL the merchandize is THERE!!
We will refund your advance payment according to our our terms and conditions of sale and have your moves on scambook sorted out because this is false and you don’t care less.
